Human Resources (HR) Internship in Pune

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in MS-Excel
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and help with orientation sessions
• Assist with employee relations activities and help resolve minor conflicts
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
• Conduct research on HR best practices and present findings to the team
