Human Resources (HR) Internship in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates
• Assist with orientation, documentation, and new hire integration
• Coordinate skill development programs and sales training
• Plan team-building activities and recognition programs
• Track KPIs and assist in performance reviews
• Research market trends, support policy creation, and promote diversity
• Foster innovation and resolve team conflicts
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and report HR metrics
