Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Manage HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, update company policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle general activities such as attendance, leave tracking, and updating files.
• Administer employee benefits programs like health insurance and leave policies.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building events, and surveys.
• Oversee office management, including supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, ensuring smooth operations and an organized workspace.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, address employee grievances, and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
