Human Resources (HR) Internship in Thane

We are currently hiring full-time HR interns to join us at our Thane office.

Company Description: Talrn is an IT Staff Augmentation company specialized in providing contractual hiring support to companies worldwide.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct day-to-day task associated with hiring, including interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training.
• Assist and involve in project based hiring
• Support technical hiring initiatives.
  
  

Note: The internship is open to both students from technical and non-technical background across departments.

Requirements

• Hiring and recruiting skills.
• Interviewing and communication skills.
• Training skills.
• Documentation knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in technical hiring is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with staff augmentation or contract hiring is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related fields.
