Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Supporting employment engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events
• Helping in compensation management by maintaining employee records and assisting in payroll processing
• Collaborating with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction
• Conducting research on industry best practices and providing recommendations for HR strategies
• Assisting in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
