Job Description: Used Car Sales Executive (Outbound Calling)
Location: Car Dekho, Ground Floor, JTM Mall Building, near Model town Jagatpura, Type: Full-time
Department: Sales & Customer Support (BPO)
Shift Timings: [Day Shift]
Salary: [15K- 27K CTC]
Position Summary
We are seeking dynamic Used Car Sales Executives for our outbound calling team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and convert leads into sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, offering suitable used car options, and guiding them through the buying process. Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Calls : Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in buying used cars.
Customer Engagement : Develop strong relationships with potential buyers by understanding their requirements, preferences, and budget.
Product Knowledge : Present and explain the features, benefits, and prices of used cars available on the platform.
Lead Qualification : Qualify leads based on customer interest and readiness to purchase.
Follow-ups : Follow up with potential customers to close deals, ensuring they have all the information needed to make a purchase decision.
Sales Targets : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs related to conversions and lead generation.
CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Customer Satisfaction : Ensure a seamless experience for customers through timely follow-ups and resolution of queries.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales support team to ensure smooth handovers and deal closures.
Key Skills & Requirements
Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role (preferably in the automotive industry).
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [specify language(s)].
Sales Orientation : Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals effectively.
Customer Focus : Strong customer service mindset with a focus on providing solutions to customer needs.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
Problem Solving : Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Target-Driven : Motivated by targets and capable of handling high-volume calls.
