Human Resources (HR) Internship in Ghaziabad, Kaushambi

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting in recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
• Helping onboard new employees by preparing documents and coordinating orientation sessions
• Maintaining and updating employee records and databases
• Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Supporting HR policies and procedures by ensuring compliance with company standards
• Handling HR-related inquiries and assisting in resolving employee concerns
• Participating in training and development programs as needed
• Performing general administrative tasks, such as document filing, data entry, and report preparation
