Job Description
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and testing processes.
Establish quality goals and targets in line with company standards.
Create and maintain documentation, including quality manuals, inspection plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma techniques to improve product quality.
Work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and reduce variation.
Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Use various testing equipment and techniques, such as non-destructive testing (NDT) or destructive testing, as required.
