Human Resources (HR) Executive in Navi Mumbai, Thane

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organization.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
• Provide support in identifying training needs and organizing training programs.
• Policy Development and Compliance:
• Develop and update HR policies in line with company goals and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• HR Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment status, and training outcomes.
