- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding, and exit formalities).
- Draft and implement HR policies.
- Maintain employee records and database.
- Organize review meetings and team engagement activities.
- Support management in performance evaluation and compliance processes.
- 5-day working (Monday–Friday).
- Exposure to dynamic recruitment projects.
