- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support employee development and career growth through mentorship programs and career path planning.
- Work on sourcing, screening, interview candidates, onboarding.
- Complete recruitment cycle.
