Human Resources Generalist

To9 Solutions is looking for a motivated, organized, multi-tasker, organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our HR team. The HR Generalist will provide essential support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee events, employee records maintenance, and HR administration, Policy and Process creation. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their career in HR and seeking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic workplace.

What you’ll do for us…

● Onboarding: Assist in new hire onboarding, including the preparation of paperwork and orientation materials.

● Employee Records and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronic and physical files.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and document retention policies.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts.

● HR Administration:

Support HR processes, including employee benefits enrollment, time and attendance tracking, and payroll administration.

Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.

Assist in the coordination of HR events and training programs.

Assist in ensuring HR compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation as needed

Coordinate and execute employee events and engagement activities.

• HRIS tool Management experience.
• Office Management Experience
• Requirement to travel for 4 days in a month to o9 Coimbatore office location
• Will be a local HR for all employee related queries and touchbase.

What you’ll have…

● Minimum of Bachelors’ degree or its equivalent.

● 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource activities like onboarding, HR Ops, employee engagement or the experience or exposure of the complete employee lifecycle.

● Excellent written and verbal communication with good interpersonal skills

● Willingness to take ownership, quick learning abilities and drive continuous improvement

● A combination of good energy and creative thinking, with a drive to increase employee and candidate engagement

● Attention to detail

● Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint is a must)
