Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated MALE CANDIDATE 'IMMEDIATE JOINING' for Human Resources Executive to join our team Begumpet location in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies, with a proven track record in managing HR processes.

  • Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong ability to manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace environment (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth understanding of HR policies and implementation best practices (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in performance management systems and employee appraisal processes.
  • Proficiency in developing training and development programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems for managing workforce data effectively.
  • Understanding of labor law compliance to ensure all HR activities meet legal standards.
  • Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing queries and resolving workplace issues.
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding and application of HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Oversee the process of performance management, including setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
  • Design and execute training programs that meet the developmental needs of employees.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Utilize HRIS to manage employee data and generate insightful HR reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks.
