Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. This role involves managing various HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection: Assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles.

Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement: Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.

Training & Development: Assist in organizing and scheduling training programs for employees.

Payroll & Attendance: Help track attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining necessary HR documentation.

Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes by collecting feedback and tracking employee progress.

HR Coordination: Work closely with other HR team members to support various HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Prior experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
