Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our NextGen Healthcare India HR team. This role is ideal for a collaborative and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced global environment and has a strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, and culture-building initiatives. This role is critical in fostering a high-performance culture, driving employee engagement, and strengthening our global collaboration, particularly with our US-based HR colleagues and leaders. The identified candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and adherence to local labor laws and company values.
- Performance Management: Support managers in driving effective performance discussions, coaching, and development plans to ensure a high-performance culture.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand team dynamics, provide strategic HR insights, and influence people decisions aligned to organizational goals.
- Global Partnership: Work in close coordination with the US HR team to ensure alignment of policies, processes, and cultural initiatives across global locations.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion team-building activities and employee engagement programs that strengthen morale and reinforce our core values.
- Change Management: Support organizational design efforts, transitions, and change management initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience ( minimum 8 years of exclusive business partner experience), with a strong emphasis on business partnering, employee relations, and performance management.
- Prior experience in a global or matrixed organization, preferably partnering across US and India geographies.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex HR issues and provide clear, pragmatic guidance to business leaders.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, balance multiple priorities, and influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification required
