Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for HR operations and a commitment to ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Manage employee records, contracts, and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and orientations are conducted.
Policy Management: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and resolving basic issues.
Payroll Support: Collaborate with payroll teams to maintain accurate employee data and ensure timely salary processing.
Training Coordination: Support the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
Event Management: Organize and manage employee engagement activities and corporate events.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR metrics, reports, and documentation for management review.
Recruitment Assistance: Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
