Responsibilities
As a Human Resource Intern, you will play a key role in coordinating our Mentor-Mentee Program and supporting day-to-day HR operations. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn practical HR skills, manage intern engagement, and contribute to impactful programs. You will gain hands-on experience in onboarding, attendance tracking, content coordination, and program facilitation while working closely with our HR team.
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Intern to support our HR team in managing the Mentor-Mentee Program, coordinating intern activities, and handling key HR functions. The intern will assist with pairing mentors and mentees, maintaining intern attendance logs, managing social media content related to HR initiatives, resolving intern-related concerns, and supporting general HR operations including onboarding, events, and workshops. This role offers hands-on experience in HR processes, program management, and employee engagement.
