HRIS Analyst

We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HRIS) Analyst to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the administrative part of the new hire process (onboarding, contracts, updating of HR systems)
• Good hand on experience on VBA with understanding of automation, advanced excel and powerpoint presentation.
• Hands on experience in HRIS, data analytics and dashboard preparation.
• Helping out where necessary during the pre-boarding and onboarding of employees, i.e. staying in touch with them, answering their questions, sending them relevant material, and so on
• General administration and coordination
• Answering all internal and external HR-related queries and requests
• Assisting with payroll administration
• Maintaining and updating employee records (in an HRIS)
• Assisting with (and executing) the termination process
• Scheduling meetings, events, interviews, etc.
• Preparing materials for the performance review
• Assisting with performance management procedures
• Organizing performance reviews
• Conducting audits of HR programs such as payroll, benefits etc
• Generating reports on general HR activity
• Recommending possible actions to improve existing processes
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
• Support other functions as assigned
  
  

HR Analyst Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR in a Multi dynamic organization preferably in international organization.
• Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
• Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train new team members.
• Should be Tech Savvy.
• Proficiency in HRM software, such as ADP, Rippling, Asana, Monday.com, Google suit.
• A candidate well versed in Google Excel is preferred.
• Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
• Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HR practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should be able to work 70% IST and 30% MST time zone
• Should have proper home office with reliable internet and laptop.
