Key Responsibilities:

HR System Management:

Assist in the administration and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

User Support:

Provide technical support to HR team members and employees regarding system-related issues.

System Configuration:

Assist in configuring and customizing HR applications to align with organizational needs.

Training Support:

Help create and deliver training materials to ensure effective use of HR systems.

Integration Assistance:

Support the integration of HR systems with other organizational platforms and tools.

Process Automation:

Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR systems.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve minor system issues, escalating more complex problems to the technical team.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, configurations, and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus.
