Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer queries and concerns via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-ups to address pending issues and confirm resolutions.
• Record Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
• Problem Solving: Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and document feedback from customers to enhance service quality and processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric attitude with the ability to empathize and build rapport.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
