Key Responsibilities:

Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards.

Compliance Monitoring: Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Documentation: Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policy manuals, and standard operating procedures.

Reporting: Assist in preparing HR reports related to compliance, policy adherence, and process improvements.

Audits: Support internal audits to ensure HR practices are in line with established standards.

Training Support: Assist in organizing training sessions on HR policies and procedures for employees.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members to ensure that HR standards are consistently applied across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
