Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Specialist to join our human resources team. This role is perfect for professionals with a strong foundation in HR practices, looking to focus on specific areas such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and making offers.

Employee Onboarding:

Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a key contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on company policies, conflict resolution, and fostering positive work relationships.

Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluations and providing insights for performance improvements.

Compliance:

Ensure that HR activities comply with local labor laws and internal company policies, maintaining accurate documentation for audits.

HR Documentation:

Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, and supporting the development and implementation of HR policies.

Benefits & Compensation:

Assist in managing employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are aware of their benefits, and helping to address any compensation-related inquiries.

Training & Development:

Support employee development by coordinating training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights for HR decision-making and strategy formulation.

HR Projects:

Participate in various HR projects, such as policy implementation, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
