Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated HR Risk Management Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn about HR risk management and contribute to ensuring compliance and mitigating risks related to human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying and evaluating HR-related risks, including compliance, employee relations, and operational risks.

Policy Review: Support the review and development of HR policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Incident Reporting: Help manage and document employee-related incidents and potential risks, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.

Compliance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring HR processes for adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and potential risks related to workforce management and compliance.

Training & Awareness: Support the development of training programs aimed at raising awareness of HR risk management and compliance.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR managers and legal teams to address risk-related issues and ensure the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
