• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and draft job descriptions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with HR policies and labor laws is an advantage.
