Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles.

Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate onboarding processes, including documentation, background verification, and orientation sessions.

HR Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Recruitment Administration: Handle job postings, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation.

Policy Implementation: Support the execution of HR policies and procedures within the recruitment process.

Employee Engagement: Collaborate with HR teams to support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

Data Management: Maintain and update recruitment and employee databases with precision.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to HR operational workflows.

Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure seamless alignment of operational and hiring activities.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational standards during recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR operations and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
