Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking to attract potential candidates.

Screening: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and processes.

Job Posting: Create and manage compelling job postings across multiple channels to reach a broad audience.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database to ensure accurate and organized information.

Offer Negotiation: Assist in extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment with selected candidates.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
