Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates eager to start their careers in human resources and talent acquisition, contributing to various recruitment processes across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication.

• Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media platforms, and networking to source and identify potential candidates for various HR and non-HR roles.

• Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

• Candidate Communication: Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

• Database Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and data accuracy.

• Market Research: Conduct research on HR industry trends and employment market conditions to optimize recruitment strategies.

• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing recruitment-related events and initiatives that enhance the candidate experience and promote employer branding.

• Reporting: Generate basic recruitment reports and track key metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate engagement rates.

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall talent acquisition and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and a desire to build a career in human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
