Position Summary:

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent, contributing to the success of both the candidates and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

Leverage online platforms, social media, and job portals to identify and attract potential candidates.

Candidate Screening:

Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a good fit with job requirements.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.

Job Posting:

Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring accurate representation of job requirements and expectations.

Candidate Engagement:

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Database Management:

Update and maintain the recruitment database, ensuring that candidate information is accurate and up to date.

Offer Management:

Assist in preparing and sending out offer letters to selected candidates, and follow up to ensure acceptance and timely onboarding.

Market Research:

Stay up to date with industry trends, job market changes, and recruitment best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Reporting:

Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for learning.
