Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated HR Executive (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates eager to start their careers in human resources and contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.

• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition.

• Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing HR-related documents and files.

• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, training sessions, and recognition programs.

• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data and assist in administering employee benefits programs.

• Compliance Support: Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date records and assisting with HR audits.

• HR Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and track key HR metrics such as employee attendance, turnover, and leave balances.

• Learning & Development: Participate in HR training sessions and workshops to gain a deeper understanding of HR practices and processes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
