Stipend: ₹10,000/(Freshers ) Hence After 3 Months Stipend incresed TO 14,000/ month + hence Promoted as HR Executive with High Benefits
Duration: 6 Months Training at Bangalore hence will be moved to Near by Region (with On-roll Conversion Opportunity& Best salary in industry)

This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Recruitment and HR Operations, while working closely with our Corporate HR Leaders and Business Heads.
Key Responsibilities
Receive full training across all HR functions – especially in recruitment & operations.
Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
Engage with candidates, explain job roles, and coordinate interviews via ATS tools.
Regularly update internal HR databases and maintain joining documentation.
Assist in onboarding new hires and handle HRMS entries and background verification.
Maintain HR dashboards and support daily HR reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Recent graduates in BBA/BCOM /HR Management (No MBAs).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in South Indian languages (an added advantage).
Passionate about HR, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Self-starter, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Internship Benefits
Monthly stipend of ₹10,000 TO 14,000/- + incentives & benefits.
6-month internship with structured training & mentoring at Corporate office hence moved to Region
Internship Certificate & Offer of Employment as HR Executive upon successful completion.
