What makes the role meaty?

• Facilitate new joiner onboarding, ensure timely creation of employee IDs, and maintain accurate records in HR systems.
• Maintain and update employee information in HR databases and trackers, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with vendors for background checks, track progress, and ensure timely closure of pending cases.
• Prepare and issue employee letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Handle vendor invoice verification, coordination with finance, and timely processing of payments related to HR operations.
• Provide documentation and process support during internal and external HR audits; ensure compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.

We hope that you have..

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 Years of Experience in HR Ops domain
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems/tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
