Position Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Partner Lifecycle Operations team as a Process Program Manager. You will be part of a global team accountable for designing, executing and optimizing processes that impact the Partner Lifecycle across all lines of business. The ideal candidate will also have low code/no code experience in architecting & implementing solutions to streamline business processes.

- Designing the processes to assess Partner eligibility and executing processes that allow partners to onboard and contract with Microsoft.
- Designing and managing the operational processes that support partner mergers and acquisitions and change of channel partner processes for end customers
- Providing program, policy, and process expertise to support partner lifecycle experiences and influencing future capabilities
- Driving execution excellence, compliance, and process optimization across all lines of business (VL, CSP, Devices)
Position Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Partner Lifecycle Operations team as a Process Program Manager. You will be part of a global team accountable for designing, executing and optimizing processes that impact the Partner Lifecycle across all lines of business. The ideal candidate will also have low code/no code experience in architecting & implementing solutions to streamline business processes.
As a Process Program Manager, You Will:
- Develop and enhance Partner Lifecycle processes including partner assessment, onboarding, contracting, mergers and acquisitions, change of channel partner, Marketplace Ops and Offboarding.
- Use Business Process Mapping and Process Management Repository to design, optimize, and document processes ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through the elimination of work, Self-help solutions and automation.
- Leverage low-code/no-code tools and applications to support process improvements.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups to manage the prioritization of process, compliance, engineering, and policy requirements.
- Document, implement and monitor Risk Control Measures to ensure compliance and quality of our processes.
Responsibilities
- Process design and execution: Support the development of a scalable processes that deliver consistent and excellent experiences for our partners and field stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvements of global processes across different lines of business
- Driving Digital Transformation: influence the design, development, and deployment of solutions using low-code/no-code platforms to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks
- Voice of Partner: Represent the voice of the partners across multiple groups within Microsoft using various listening mechanisms to capture partner experience and feedback and use them to influence operational capabilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish x-org network and be an influential point of contact for partner lifecycle management processes.
- Evolving Technical Capabilities: Stay current with emerging technologies and upskill to meet future business needs.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience driving process improvements and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience working in an operational organization or supporting various operational functions, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Demonstrated experience with process & project management skills.
- Knowledge of business process management and workflow automation.
- Experience with low-code/no-code development and implementation.
- Proficiency in low code platforms such as Power Automate or similar tools.
- Creativity and judgment to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt or similar is advantageous.
- Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (Power Platform)
