The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing HR functions, including policy development, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The role involves fostering a positive work environment, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing strategies for employee engagement. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Lead recruitment and staffing processes. Manage employee relations and address concerns. Implement performance management systems. Identify and address training needs. Administer employee benefits programs. Ensure legal compliance and stay updated on employment laws. Generate HR reports and utilize data for decision-making. Drive employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Proven experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. HR certification is a plus.
