Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Development: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for key positions, ensuring that the company attracts and hires top talent to meet business needs.

Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management: Oversee the performance management system, ensuring regular reviews, feedback sessions, and professional development opportunities for employees.

Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll, ensuring competitiveness and fairness in alignment with industry standards.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, managing audits, employee documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR reports on employee performance, turnover, and other key HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives.

Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring fair and respectful treatment for all employees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

5+ years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role, with a focus on strategic HR functions.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
