Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with client goals and enhance the user experience. As a Web Designer, you will work closely with our development, marketing, and content teams to create and implement web designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement website layouts, landing pages, and templates that are visually appealing and align with client and business goals.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure web designs are feasible and user-friendly.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts to stakeholders.
Design and optimize graphics, icons, and images for use on websites and digital platforms.
Ensure website designs are responsive and compatible across all devices and browsers.
Conduct research on user preferences and competitor websites to stay current with design trends.
Optimize designs for loading speed and SEO best practices.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to the design.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality standards are met.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a portfolio showcasing web design work.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (coding skills are a plus but not required).
Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, and work well in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills to present design concepts and gather feedback.
