Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern in Visakhapatnam to join our team. This internship provides exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, making it an ideal starting point for individuals passionate about building a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding activities by ensuring proper documentation and a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement programs and HR-related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
