The primary responsibility of Consultant Operations & Quality Assurance position is Execute projects for improving business performance and achieving transformation goals.

Essential Functions

• Projects Independently lead projects for achieving improvement and transformation goals
• Guide others project by offering insights, analytical assessment, and best practice sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to Identify strategy for implementing recommendations.
• Implement recommendations and monitor their progress across assigned projects.
• Assist in planning for discussions in BB project governance council.
• Train team members and operations staff on lean six sigma Strategy
• Prepare and present updates to senior management.
• Develop and prioritize execution of recommendation to achieve goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Full time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, science, or Accounting.
• Experience in executing cross border improvement projects for at least last 9 years Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified.
• Experience in banking, financial or insurance industry is a must. Retirement planning or investment industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 7- 9 years in operational excellence role in BFSI industry
• Good lean& six sigma knowledge
• Proficient in delivering LSS training for yellow and green belt levels.
• Good presentation and storyboarding skills
• Ability to adapt and learn Skilled in relationship building and networking.
• Good mentoring skills
• An excellent team player
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work virtually with members across time zones.

Requirements: Work shifts have considerable overlap with USA day time
