The primary responsibility of Consultant Operations & Quality Assurance position is Execute projects for improving business performance and achieving transformation goals.
Essential Functions
- Projects Independently lead projects for achieving improvement and transformation goals
- Guide others project by offering insights, analytical assessment, and best practice sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to Identify strategy for implementing recommendations.
- Implement recommendations and monitor their progress across assigned projects.
- Assist in planning for discussions in BB project governance council.
- Train team members and operations staff on lean six sigma Strategy
- Prepare and present updates to senior management.
- Develop and prioritize execution of recommendation to achieve goals.
- Full time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, science, or Accounting.
- Experience in executing cross border improvement projects for at least last 9 years Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified.
- Experience in banking, financial or insurance industry is a must. Retirement planning or investment industry experience preferred.
- Minimum 7- 9 years in operational excellence role in BFSI industry
- Good lean& six sigma knowledge
- Proficient in delivering LSS training for yellow and green belt levels.
- Good presentation and storyboarding skills
- Ability to adapt and learn Skilled in relationship building and networking.
- Good mentoring skills
- An excellent team player
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work virtually with members across time zones.
