Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship is perfect for students or recent graduates who are passionate about learning the fundamentals of human resources and gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Assistance:

Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Onboarding Support:

Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all documentation is complete and helping to facilitate a smooth transition.

HR Documentation:

Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.

Employee Relations:

Provide support to employees by answering routine HR-related queries and assisting with general HR administration.

Attendance & Leave Tracking:

Assist in tracking and maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and leave in the HR system.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, filing documents, and preparing reports.

Event Coordination:

Help organize and assist with employee engagement activities, team-building events, and HR training programs.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Support HR data entry tasks and help generate reports related to employee performance, attendance, and other HR metrics.

Learning & Development:

Take advantage of learning opportunities by shadowing HR professionals and gaining insights into HR best practices and strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving HR processes and participate in team discussions.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
