Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Coordinator (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart their careers in human resources. As an HR Coordinator, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing HR documents and files.
Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a positive work environment.
Compliance Support: Help ensure HR activities are compliant with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and assisting in audits.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, training sessions, and recognition programs.
HR Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and track key metrics, such as employee attendance, turnover, and leave balances.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR operations and contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
