About the Role

We’re looking for an HR Executive who’s passionate about hiring the right talent and keeping people operations running smoothly. From driving recruitment to managing onboarding, documentation, and engagement, you’ll be the backbone of our HR execution.

What You’ll Do

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, scheduling and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Conduct first-level interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
3. Manage onboarding and off-boarding formalities.
4. Maintain attendance and admin-related tasks.
5. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
6. Manage HR documentation and assist in compliance checks.
7. Address day-to-day HR queries and support team operations.
8. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and employee data sheets regularly.

What We are Looking For

1. 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in marketing, influencer marketing, or production/post-production).
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
4. Organized, proactive, and people-oriented.
