- Any other Purchase work experience for Bought out items in Pharmaceutical machine manufacturing industry
- Receive and review purchase indents for bought-out items (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc.).
- Float inquiries, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
- Finalize vendors based on technical and commercial evaluation in coordination with engineering and projects.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) in line with project requirements and timelines.
- Identify and develop new suppliers for critical and specialized items.
- Ensure suppliers comply with quality, documentation, and delivery standards.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
- Analyze cost breakups and propose cost-saving initiatives.
- Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with stores, logistics, and quality teams for material inspection and receipt.
- Support the project team with updated material delivery status and vendor documents (e.g., drawings, test certificates, etc.).
