- Sourcing candidates online, updating job ads.
- Able to close open indents as per the recruitment timelines
- Scheduling interviews & proper follow ups with the candidates
- Build up a pipeline of candidates using different social media platforms & job portals like Naukri
- Hiring for all levels in the organization
- Head hunting for certain positions
- Well-versed with entire recruitment cycle
- Experienced in cold calling on a daily basis
- Strong knowledge & experience in recruitment
- Good in English communication and local languages
- Leadership skills
- Accuracy
- Self-Disciplined
- Timeliness
