Responsibilities
- Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Attend inbound and outbound calls.
- Solving Email Queries.
- Manage employees' grievances.
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e. g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
- Update internal databases (e. g. record sick or maternity leave).
- Experience using spreadsheets.
- Fluent English speaking is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
