- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientations, policy introductions, and system access.
- Handle employee benefits enrollment, ensuring all forms are accurately completed and submitted.
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital) such as employment contracts, performance evaluations, and benefits documentation.
- Ensure HR databases, such as the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), are up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage employee attendance records, and leave requests, and track overtime hours.
- Provide support in generating HR-related reports for compliance and management review.
- Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in conducting audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain knowledge of current HR trends, legal updates, and best practices.
- Respond to employee queries about payroll, benefits, and leave policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions, grievances, and concerns.
- Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities such as team-building events, staff appreciation initiatives, and wellness programs.
- Provide administrative support during employee relations investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees.
- Track employee training progress and maintain training records.
- Help with the preparation of training materials, schedules, and post-training evaluations.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-functioning and organized workspace.
- Handle office supply inventory, placing orders, and restocking items as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for office maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external service providers.
- Oversee the cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment.
- Assist with the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records of incidents and safety inspections.
- Coordinate health and safety training for employees as required.
