  • Conduct employee onboarding and training sessions to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Manage employee records and handle confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles, assisting managers with feedback sessions and progress tracking.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts with effective resolution strategies to maintain workplace harmony.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to identify training needs and contribute to continuous employee development initiatives.
