We are looking for a proactive and analytical HR Consultant (Fresher) to join our team. As an HR Consultant, you will work closely with clients to provide strategic HR guidance and support. This role offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR consulting, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and HR compliance. You will collaborate with senior consultants and client teams to implement effective HR solutions that drive organizational success.

• Client Consultation: Assist in understanding client HR needs and challenges, providing support in developing tailored HR solutions.
• Workforce Planning: Support clients in planning and optimizing their workforce needs, including headcount analysis, role definition, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Talent Management: Help design and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• HR Policy Development: Assist in drafting and revising HR policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Compliance Support: Ensure client HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, conducting audits and providing recommendations for improvements.
• Training & Development: Collaborate with clients to identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations on employee performance, turnover, and engagement.
• Employee Relations: Support clients in managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Market Research: Stay updated on HR best practices, labor laws, and market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a client-facing role and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to the dynamic field of HR consulting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience or knowledge of HR software or HR analytics tools is a plus.
