Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates looking to begin a career in human resources. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and communicating with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Onboarding Coordination:
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have a positive start.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
HR Policy Communication:
Help communicate HR policies and guidelines to employees, answering queries related to policies, benefits, and procedures.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Assist in tracking employee attendance and leave records, preparing reports as needed for HR and management review.
Event Planning & Employee Engagement:
Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Input HR data accurately and generate regular reports on recruitment, onboarding, and other HR activities.
General HR Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with various HR projects.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance HR operations and improve the employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the HR field.
