Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination:

Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to support the hiring process and attract top talent.

Candidate Sourcing:

Support sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging qualified candidates through online platforms, social networks, and other channels.

Onboarding Assistance:

Aid in preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Team Coordination:

Help manage HR team calendars, schedule meetings, and provide logistical support to foster efficient team operations.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and communicate candidate updates effectively.

Employee Records Management:

Maintain accurate and organized employee records, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.

Team Engagement Activities:

Assist in planning team-building activities and events to enhance team morale and engagement within the HR department.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment and team management processes, contributing ideas to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ATS or recruitment software is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
