Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are passionate about human resources and are looking to develop their skills in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment databases.
• Employee Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
• HR Operations: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and managing leave requests.
• Employee Relations: Assist with employee engagement activities, address basic employee queries, and help maintain a positive work environment.
• Policy Compliance: Help ensure that company policies and HR procedures are communicated effectively and followed by all staff.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events such as training sessions, team-building activities, and staff meetings.
• HR Documentation: Maintain and organize HR documents, including contracts, employee files, and policy manuals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
