Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Specialist (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in human resources and contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Employee Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company and understand company policies and procedures.

• Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture and resolving minor issues effectively.

• Performance Management: Support the performance management process by helping to track employee performance reviews and providing administrative support for related activities.

• HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Training and Development: Assist in organizing training programs and workshops, promoting employee development, and tracking participation and feedback.

• HR Policies and Compliance: Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date records and assisting with HR audits.

• Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and track key HR metrics, such as employee attendance, turnover, and training completion.

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career as an HR specialist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
